If I could rate them a 100,000/10 I would. This is the most upfront automotive shop I’ve been too. I’ve had issues with my AC compressor going on 2 months, they have communicated and called every time they said they would with detailed explanations. They have been overly helpful on everything! I have received photos of issues they’re working on so I can understand the issue and they’re super upfront! Would recommend them for everything with your vehicle!

This is a great shop, they took in my 1954 Chevy truck on short notice and did a great alignment on it, when no one is else would touch it. Very friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely take anything I own back here.

These guys are miles ahead when it comes to pricing, communication, and forging a business relationship that stands the test of time. I am grateful to have found a place where I have one less thing to worry about in my life.

I don’t know of any shops in the area that offer this level of quality work, this quickly. Then you add the super reasonable prices and great advice. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else. I recommend this place to the level I would argue with someone about it.

Bullitt automotive did a good job on front end work.

Steven, the owner, was just wonderful! We had a problem with our car right before our vacay to Disney and he helped us so that we didn’t miss a thing! Our kids were thrilled we didn’t have to delay our trip! And we didn’t pay through the nose and still had the money to do extra things at the park.

Took my brother’s car and my truck up here to get some electrical testing and ac work done. Handled professionally, the work was done very quickly and correctly, and most importantly the prices were fair. Couldn’t be any more happy with my experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Part of keeping a car operating is as much about preventing problems as t can s repairing. The guys at Bullitt Automotive understand this maximum. I took in my Subaru Outback last week for its 60,000 mile mantenance update and it needed it – valve cover gaskets, brakes, plugs and they did it all for a fair price and fast turn around. These guys know cars and understand budgets. If needed for bigger repairs they offer financing too. Steven and his Guys get 5 stars from me. GREAT JOB

Had front brakes changed on short notice. They got me in and completed very quickly and did a great job. They let me know about some other minor issues I had but were not high pressure to do more work. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.

I took my Highlander to this shop after finding it on Google and decided to give them a shot. Great customer service! They diagnosed my issue (timing issue within camshaft or something) but they took their time explaining in a way I could understand not knowing anything about cars! They fixed me up pretty quickly & the pricing was super reasonable. I will definitely be going back

My daughter visited first and she had great comments and an awesome experience from her oil change. I had the dreaded check engine light and an emissions issue so I gave Bullitt an opportunity to see what they could do to resolve my issue. I stopped in here the other day since it was close to home, and it had a fresh new look. I was not disappointed. Steven greeted me right away and I decided this would be my garage. First time there was for a oil change which was very affordable and quick. Was impressed by the way they treated me and went back to get brakes replacesd. They went out of their way to get the brakes changed and get me back on the road. I will be going back for any future mechanical service. Thanks guys!!!

I needed internal engine repair and transmission service. I have always used Steven for oil changes and knew the day would come where I would need major auto repair. That day came when the water pump went out in my Lincoln. I did my research and knew it was a huge job to basically take the top half of the engine off to get to it. While going that deep I had the timing chain, thermostat, plugs and everything else from gaskets to clamps replaced. Flushed the cooling system, changed the oil and transmission fluid. Let me tell you she runs great!!! I am ready to take it on a long road trip now. I trust Steven and his shop and would never take my cars anywhere else.

The service was faster than anywhere else I have been and they actually had the tires I needed. Usually when I take my car to the dealership I got my car from it takes at least a few hours. These guys had it done in just over and hour! They were also very kind and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Recommend them 10/10!

Wonderful experience! I was able to get new tire rods and an oil change at a very reasonable price. Stephen was incredibly helpful and transparent about what was needed, without trying to sell me unnecessary services.
