I arrived at Bullet Automotive Care, at 9263 Highway 44 East, Mt Washington. Stephen Kelly checked my Tahoe in, took specific notes, discussed my concerns, and the service person, Raymond Witten fixed every problem after first discussing the problems with me. As a woman, i sometimes have felt uncomfortable being in an automotive shop. I felt comfortable with the service, and knew I could trust their care. I will definitely be back. This is a great automotive shop, and I am very pleased. Second visit: needed tires, got a price and went back to install. Excellent price, great customer service (Stephen Kelly) and knowledgeable technician (Ray Witten). I highly recommend both guys and this shop.

Definitely recommend Bullitt Automotive; the owner and employees alike were super friendly and hospitable (along with the accompanying very hospitable and snack/beverage- filled homely waiting room), communication was swift and thorough across all fronts— text, phone, and in person, and all questions and concerns were met with nothing but patience, attentiveness, and thorough explanations. As someone with minimal car knowledge who requires more lengthy explanations, this was much appreciated; I was never made to feel like a burden for my mechanical cluelessness. Not to mention, the humour was definitely there and added to the personable environment. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Took my BMW to them because of a check engine light. Reviewed the codes and instead of charging me money to fix things that might not take care of it they recommended just not fixing it and look for a new car. I appreciated there honesty. They didn’t even charge me to look at it. I will definitely be bringing back my other cars.

Had some work done on my vehicle last week, and after doing some driving over the weekend. I can confidently say my car is driving better than ever and by reviewing the details I can tell the work was performed at an extremely high standard. I will definitely be back.

Looks like I've found someone locally I can trust to work on my truck. Stephen Kelly, owner of Bullitt Automotive Care was upfront, honest and professional in all the work I needed for my 2020 Ram Laramie. I wanted to make sure all aspects of the engine and power train we're properly serviced and in top working order. Both Stephen and the service technicians physically inspected and showed me any possible leaks, wear, or problems they saw. The same thing was repeated after the work was done, prior to me driving away. I had the brake system flushed, coolant flushed, transmission serviced, front and rear differentials serviced, transfer case serviced, replace thermostat and water pump, complete tune up, replace 16 spark plugs and 8 ignition coils. Was it experience to have all that done? Yes, considering all that was done, but it was my choice to have all that done. Better to keep all parts in good working order, than waiting on something to break and fix it in a inconvenient time. All of this leads to what do I think about Bullitt Automotive Care? We all know that to have a vehicle serviced or repaired can be expensive. We also want someone to do good work and stand behind their work. With all of that said, I would and I have told some of my friends about the work done on my truck at Bullitt Automotive Care. Stephan Kelly was up front regarding the work I wanted, what was involved in reference to fluids parts and man hours. So if you are asking, would I recommend Bullitt Automotive Care the answer is "yes." Stephan, the owner, was upfront, professional and friendly regarding the work done on my truck. There weren't any surprise add ons or this or that needed fixed or replaced. Likewise, the service technicians who performed all the work were very professional and friendly too. I could have let Oxmoor Ram do all the work. However, I chose Bullitt Automotive Care because they are local and it want to support Mount Washington businesses. I now know that besides being professional, honest, friendly, they also do excellent work.

Dropped my truck off to replace the transmission. These guys had the transmission in hand by day 3 and fully replaced in 5 working days. Great work and great service.
