My family has taken six different vehicles to Bullitt Automotive and they have always taken good care of us. Their prices are fair and their work is quality. They have earned our business for years to come. We have had everything from axles replaced, tires, alignments, oil changes, brakes, and filters replaced. The owner Steven has provided us pictures to show us the need for any recommended services. He has been 100% transparent in his service recommendations and let us when services are something to keep on the radar but not a requirement at that time. He has never tried to pressure us into doing anything. It’s nice to have someone local that you can trust. I highly recommend this business.
Five star service. I had stopped in for an emergency and even though they were busy they worked in some time to look at my tire. It would have been a long walk home but they had me taken care of in a bit. I will be back for regular service.
Amazing service by these guys! Had to get 4 new tires, an oil change & an alignment and it was all done within the same day as promised (even though my car was trying to give them trouble 🥲) Best price in the surrounding areas, and the attention to detail was very much appreciated. My baby drives like a dream now thanks to them && they even noticed i had a rubber ducky and gave me a friend for him! ❤️ highly recommend them!
We were interested in buying a car, so we brought it to Bullitt Automotive Care to do an inspection. They were quick and very thorough! Great service and made our process of buying the car so much easier!

Highly skilled and professional. Great to have a shop locally to work on foreign cars. I have a 2009 Porsche and they treated me great, if you are getting your car worked on in Mt Washington and you aren't at Bullitt Automotive Care, you are at the wrong place.
My husband only takes our SUV to Bullitt Automotive when it needs service. Steven is great & always takes great care of us & is significantly less expensive than other shops nearby. Highly recommend!
Took my BMW to them because of a check engine light. Reviewed the codes and instead of charging me money to fix things that might not take care of it they recommended just not fixing it and look for a new car. I appreciated there honesty. They didn’t even charge me to look at it. I will definitely be bringing back my other cars.
My son's cars transmission was showing a code for the shift solenoid A. I changed it myself and the car was still going into limp mode. That was a far as I felt comfortable with my dyi skills so I took it to this shop and had them look at it. They ran a diagnostic and broke down all the scenario's that could cause this issue and the possible cost range (wouldn't completely know until they got into the transmission). They were very upfront and honest and took time to make sure I was as informed as possible to make decision that made the most sense. Recommended that the risk outweighed the reward of getting it fixed. They could have easily just got into the transmission and started to run deeper diagnostics costing money and then finding out that the cost was more than the car was worth (which based on several indicators was likely; black transmission fluid, lots of metal shavings on the magnet in the pan and several other issue with slippage and other issues showing up on the computer diagnostic). All that to say that they were more concerned about being ethical and retaining my business for future maintenance and repairs than making money off of me knowing it would likely get to a point were it would not be economically sensible. They are knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Can't ask for much more than from a car shop. Age-old costumer care and small town relationship is refreshing.

Went in cos i saw the oil change sign for 49.99, they honored that price and was able to get me in, steven was very friendly and professional, he made sure i knew everything going on with my car, the mechanic(not sure his name) but was great as well he found my stripped oil drain plug and came to show me that it was actually messed up, you cant get better than that , thanks so much guys i truly appreciate the work you did and will be sending everyone i know here! 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (they even reset the settings on my car for me after the oil change) AMAZING

I highly recommend Buttitt Automotive Cars for your cars and trucks. I had been to the dealer twice for a 4 wheel drive problem and they told they didn't see any problems with my truck, and they charged me $190.00 for each time. Steven and the guys treated me great and my trucks 4 wheel drive works great. I will definitely use them again.
Definitely recommend Bullitt Automotive; the owner and employees alike were super friendly and hospitable (along with the accompanying very hospitable and snack/beverage- filled homely waiting room), communication was swift and thorough across all fronts— text, phone, and in person, and all questions and concerns were met with nothing but patience, attentiveness, and thorough explanations. As someone with minimal car knowledge who requires more lengthy explanations, this was much appreciated; I was never made to feel like a burden for my mechanical cluelessness. Dropped my truck off to replace the transmission. These guys had the transmission in hand by day 3 and fully replaced in 5 working days. Great work and great service. They even followed up with a personal message a month later to make sure everything was good with the truck. Thank you Steven and team!
