I arrived at Bullet Automotive Care, at 9263 Highway 44 East, Mt Washington. Stephen Kelly checked my Tahoe in, took specific notes, discussed my concerns, and the service person, Raymond Witten fixed every problem after first discussing the problems with me. As a woman, i sometimes have felt uncomfortable being in an automotive shop. I felt comfortable with the service, and knew I could trust their care. I will definitely be back. This is a great automotive shop, and I am very pleased. Second visit: needed tires, got a price and went back to install. Excellent price, great customer service (Stephen Kelly) and knowledgeable technician (Ray Witten). I highly recommend both guys and this shop.

I had a really good experience here- I needed my tire pressure sensors changed and an oil change. It was very easy to get an appt, they were very professional, and the pricing was competitive.

I called Thursday after I got home from work & was told they could get me in the very next day when I got home. Not only did these guys do an amazing job, but the work was done quickly so that I could attend plans afterwards. If you need work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend them.

Literally the best in Kentucky, with two locations in Bullitt county and J-Town - they are my go to mechanics. The communication, attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship they put into their work is unmatched.. stop taking your cars to the dealership and take them here!!!
Dropped my truck off to replace the transmission. These guys had the transmission in hand by day 3 and fully replaced in 5 working days. Great work and great service. They even followed up with a personal message a month later to make sure everything was good with the truck. Thank you Steven and team!
My daughter has taken her Mazda to Bullitt Automotive Care several times, and she’s always had a great experience! They’re quick to solve any issues and always take excellent care of her. I really appreciate their honesty and service, and I look forward to bringing my own vehicles there soon.
Five star service. I had stopped in for an emergency and even though they were busy they worked in some time to look at my tire. It would have been a long walk home but they had me taken care of in a bit. I will be back for regular service.
If I could rate them 100 star I would. I am not related to anyone there. I’m 68 yr old woman just drove from LA and needed an oil change. I called 12-31-25……… JAN. 1, 2026 I was scheduled. Yes, New Years DAY. In my opinion, this is THE AUTO REPAIR Shop every woman wants to know of. I had such peace I asked them to look at another issue I had ignored. They ran me home and offered to pick me up once the job was complete. IF YOU READ NO FURTHER- My experience and trust in this business is A+ The PRICE of oil change was half the price of other places I called. The employees and owner- All 3 men that spoke with me were POLITE… respectful and courteous. The reception area was COMFORTABLE. The garage (and the ladies room) was CLEAN & ORGANIZED. Both appeared ready for a photo shoot ! The music was RESPECTABLE The PRICE - of the additional work was very fair based on the opinion of a mechanic friend in Gr Rapids. . I believe the owner‘s name is Steve and he offered me coffee, turned up the heating unit to take the chill out of the room and asked what I would like to watch on their huge large screen TV. I have NEVER received such customer service in my life! I thanked Jesus for leading me to this facility. I just wish I was staying in KY .
I took my daughter's Subaru outback in for repairs. I was very pleased with my experience. The car is much safer now, and I was very pleased with how fair I was treated. Thank you Steven, and the team at Bullitt Automotive Care. I highly recommend this shop.

I had a great experience today and will definitely return for my future automotive needs. It was the first time I was not upsold something I didn't need while getting an oil change. I asked them to check my brake pads and they assured me they were still in good condition. They were friendly and the service was fast and efficient.

They did a great job on our truck. Replaced catalytic converters and o2 sensors also starter. Get better gas mileage than ever!! Great job 👏

My experience was great. The staff was helpful and kind. I'm definitely going to use again for my oil change and tire rotation. They schedule me quick and it didn't take long to complete.
Went in cos i saw the oil change sign for 49.99, they honored that price and was able to get me in, steven was very friendly and professional, he made sure i knew everything going on with my car, the mechanic(not sure his name) but was great as well he found my stripped oil drain plug and came to show me that it was actually messed up, you cant get better than that , thanks so much guys i truly appreciate the work you did and will be sending everyone i know here! 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (they even reset the settings on my car for me after the oil change) AMAZING

Had front brakes changed on short notice. They got me in and completed very quickly and did a great job. They let me know about some other minor issues I had but were not high pressure to do more work. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.
Started going here to have one of my vehicles looked at for check engine light. Steve and his team did a great job taking me in and getting my car back to me within a couple days not weeks like some other shops. I’ve now taken both my cars in for oil change and other mechanical issues. Steve is always friendly, keeps you informed and gets you back in the road in a timely fashion. Customer service is back in Bullitt county, thanks to Bullitt Automotive Care. Their prices are amazing, the work they do is top notch and the customer service is second to none! I for one, have been made tired by the local "big box" corporation tire stores here in Mt. Washington. It seems as if their sole purpose is to just get you through the door and money out of your pocket. We'll, no more, and not with me and my family. I will no longer take my vehicles for routine maintenance to any other place in Mt. Washington. Check these guys out. They're the real deal!
I don't know of any shops in the area that offer this level of quality work, this quickly. Then you add the super reasonable prices and great advice. Definitely won't be going anywhere else. I recommend this place to the level I would argue with someone about it.
Took my BMW to them because of a check engine light. Reviewed the codes and instead of charging me money to fix things that might not take care of it they recommended just not fixing it and look for a new car. I appreciated there honesty. They didn’t even charge me to look at it. I will definitely be bringing back my other cars.

I'm very impressed with this place. I was shocked to find out they had an alignment machine, which is what brought me in there. Their shop is VERY clean and organized, the service was fast, and their pricing was great. The owners seem like very down-to-earth guys too. I'm happy to have a trustworthy shop around Mt Washington
My car was always shaky inside, but after I took it here it stopped being shaky, so much I almost didn’t believe it at first. They also stopped it from dying on me in the middle of the road, which I greatly appreciate.

Amazing service by these guys! Had to get 4 new tires, an oil change & an alignment and it was all done within the same day as promised (even though my car was trying to give them trouble 🥲) Best price in the surrounding areas, and the attention to detail was very much appreciated. My baby drives like a dream now thanks to them && they even noticed i had a rubber ducky and gave me a friend for him! ❤️ highly recommend them!
