My family has taken six different vehicles to Bullitt Automotive and they have always taken good care of us. Their prices are fair and their work is quality. They have earned our business for years to come. We have had everything from axles replaced, tires, alignments, oil changes, brakes, and filters replaced. The owner Steven has provided us pictures to show us the need for any recommended services. He has been 100% transparent in his service recommendations and let us when services are something to keep on the radar but not a requirement at that time. He has never tried to pressure us into doing anything. It’s nice to have someone local that you can trust. I highly recommend this business.
I arrived at Bullet Automotive Care, at 9263 Highway 44 East, Mt Washington. Stephen Kelly checked my Tahoe in, took specific notes, discussed my concerns, and the service person, Raymond Witten fixed every problem after first discussing the problems with me. As a woman, i sometimes have felt uncomfortable being in an automotive shop. I felt comfortable with the service, and knew I could trust their care. I will definitely be back. This is a great automotive shop, and I am very pleased. Second visit: needed tires, got a price and went back to install. Excellent price, great customer service (Stephen Kelly) and knowledgeable technician (Ray Witten). I highly recommend both guys and this shop.

If I could rate them 100 star I would. I am not related to anyone there. I’m 68 yr old woman just drove from LA and needed an oil change. I called 12-31-25……… JAN. 1, 2026 I was scheduled. Yes, New Years DAY. In my opinion, this is THE AUTO REPAIR Shop every woman wants to know of. I had such peace I asked them to look at another issue I had ignored. They ran me home and offered to pick me up once the job was complete. IF YOU READ NO FURTHER- My experience and trust in this business is A+ The PRICE of oil change was half the price of other places I called. The employees and owner- All 3 men that spoke with me were POLITE… respectful and courteous. The reception area was COMFORTABLE. The garage (and the ladies room) was CLEAN & ORGANIZED. Both appeared ready for a photo shoot ! The music was RESPECTABLE The PRICE - of the additional work was very fair based on the opinion of a mechanic friend in Gr Rapids. . I believe the owner‘s name is Steve and he offered me coffee, turned up the heating unit to take the chill out of the room and asked what I would like to watch on their huge large screen TV. I have NEVER received such customer service in my life! I thanked Jesus for leading me to this facility. I just wish I was staying in KY .
